Green Pea Purifying Face Mask


Ancient Romans knew almost two thousand years ago that peas could be used as a hydrating and anti-aging topical treatment for your skin. Peas contain antioxidants and a few essential vitamins like vitamin A, B, C, E and K! Add yoghurt and mustard to the mask for an astringent effect.


INGREDIENTS:

3 Tablespoons of green peas

1 Tablespoon of plain yoghurt

1/2 Teaspoon of Dijon mustard


Puree the peas then mix in the remaining ingredients, stir well.

Apply to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 10 - 15 minutes. Rinse off and pat your skin dry.

The remaining mask can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
