Ultra pigmented and soft Kohl pencils allow you easily draw on smooth and concentrated color to dramatically emphasize eyes.  Smudge the liner for a sultry, smoky eye effect.

Works great with our Eyeshadow Base; after applying the primer draw a heavier line at the eyelash line then colour your lid using the side of the pencil tip and smudge it out!  Quick, simple and WOW, effective.
